Facial cleansing
Facial cleansing is one of the most popular services at our dermatology clinic and an essential treatment in aesthetic medicine. Its purpose is to remove impurities, renew the skin and deliver a radiant, healthy result. The procedure is suitable for all skin types, including the most sensitive.
Treatment steps
A facial cleansing session includes the following steps:
- Assessment: The dermatologist assesses your skin’s needs and customizes the treatment, selecting the ideal combination of techniques and products.
- Preparation: All traces of makeup and sunscreen are carefully removed.
- Pore opening with steam: A combination of warm steam and ozone prepares the skin by increasing blood circulation, softening the stratum corneum and providing antisepsis.
- Impurity removal: Sebum, blackheads, dead cells and residual impurities are removed using safe, sterile techniques.
- Diamond or crystal microdermabrasion: A specialized medical device gently exfoliates the outermost layer of the skin, removing remaining dead cells and impurities while boosting microcirculation and skin renewal.
- High-frequency treatment: Application of high-frequency currents for sterilization, healing and oxygenation of the skin.
- Final care: Masks with specialized ingredients are applied according to the skin’s needs.
- Dermalux phototherapy (optional): Depending on the skin’s needs, the session may conclude with LED phototherapy, which promotes healing, reduces inflammation and enhances skin renewal.
