General Guidelines
Before the treatment
- Avoid sun exposure or artificial tanning (solarium, self-tanning products) for at least 2 weeks before the treatment.
- Refrain from using other hair removal methods (waxing, depilatory creams, tweezing) for at least 3-4 weeks prior to your session.
- Shave the treatment area 2-3 days before the session (excluding facial areas). Hair should be 1-3mm long for optimal results.
After the Treatment
- Some swelling or redness in the treated area may occur, but this will subside within a few hours or days.
- Apply a restorative cream to the treated area for a few days to soothe the skin.
- Use sunscreen (SPF 50+) for at least 5 days after treatment to protect your skin.
- Avoid hot water and intense physical activity on the same day as your treatment.
- Refrain from sun exposure or solarium for at least 7-10 days following your treatment.
